Annual Individual Partnership Levels
This category is for individuals who want to keep informed of our efforts and support Fit-for-Me Foundation's programs and services financially and/or from an advocacy standpoint. The term of Individual Partnership is one year with the option to renew on a yearly basis.
Bronze Level $100 - $299
Benefits include
- Welcome package
- Acknowledgement of your gift on our website
- Acknowledgement in our monthly newsletter*
- Subscription to our monthly newsletter
*Our newsletter will outline fitness & wellness trends and predictions, obesity programs and services available in your local area, opportunities to get involved, current and upcoming networking activities involving Fit-for-Me Foundation, our affiliates and partners.
Silver Level $300 - $499
Benefits include all of the above plus:
- Discounted tickets for Fit-for-Me special events
- Recognition in our First Annual Fitness & Wellness Festival
Gold Level $500 - $999
Benefits include all of the above plus:
- Complimentary tickets for Fit-for-Me special events
- Company profile on our website for four (4) weeks
- Company logo with hyperlink to your company website for one year
- Fit-for-Me Partner badge to display on your website
Platinum Level $1000 and above
Benefits include all of the above plus:
- Company name and logo on all printed and promotional materials for our First Annual Fitness & Wellness Festival (including our festival web page and Welcome billboard)
- Exhibit space at our First Annual Fitness & Wellness Festival
