Don-Miguel serves as the CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Fit-for-Me Foundation. He guides the organization’s educational efforts to advocate and advance programs and services directed to better the lives of young people, focusing on fitness & wellness and addressing the ever-increasing obesity problem in America. Don-Miguel represents Fit-for-Me Foundation at public policy, fitness & wellness industry, and health-related events. He also frequently speaks with members of the media and other organizations about Fit-for-Me Foundation's efforts.

He has more than 16 years experience in fitness & wellness. He was named one of the Top 20 Trainers for Town Sports International, parent company to Washington Sports Club / New York Sports Club / Boston Sports Club / Philadelphia Sports Club, & Best Trainer in the tri-state area (VA, DC, and MD).

Don-Miguel has a passion for changing the lives of people through physical fitness & wellness, which is evident in his foundation’s mission, purpose and goals. Don-Miguel serves on the Advisory Board of Southern Methodist University Applied Physiology and Enterprise/Sports Management Program. He is also the author of Stop the Stuttering – a health and fitness/lifestyle book!

He is a certified member of the Cooper Aerobics Institute, where he is certified to Promote Healthy Behaviors in Children. He is also affiliated with USA Track and Field Association and IDEA, where he is an IDEA Master Level Personal Fitness Trainer.

Don-Miguel holds a degree in Health Science from Lincoln University. His dedication to fitness is reflected through his affiliations and on-going education. He views fitness & wellness as everyone being winners, embracing a commitment to an active lifestyle, and having fun doing it.
